Kuala Terengganu 10 April 2011 - Council of Islamic Religion and Malay Customs Terengganu (MAIDAM) has been holding interviews for selected students to participate in "Empowering Scholars and Women Gynaecology Specialist" program at MAIDAM office.

A total of 37 students of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) has called for the interview. 27 people from the student is a candidate for the empowering scholars program and 10 female students who are candidates for the gynecologist specialist. Yet only 11 students who will be selected and sponsored to attend the two programs. The members of the panel consists of Mr. Haji Wan Harujan b. Sulaiman as MAIDAM Chief Executive Officer and senior officers of MAIDAM and invited panel of Assistant Chief Medical Director, State Health Department.

Earlier, the candidates have to undergo several sessions, including the selection and qualification exam before called for interview. All these candidates are students who are getting outstanding achievement based on SPM Trial Examination results in 2010.

MAIDAM hoping for selecting the best candidates will be able to realize their dreams to produce scholars who truly competent and the best gynecologist in within the women.
